Many believe that adding financial incentives beyond athletic scholarships will ruin college athletics. Others believe that he NCAA and the BIG conferences are exploiting athletes in favor of chasing massive revenue TV deals, etc. so why shouldn't the athletes be allowed to cash-in. Is there a balance? Should there be a balance? If so, who should be making the rules--the NCAA, the conferences, media or...my gosh...the govt?
